Produces high-quality copper resources from waste electric cables
Shin-Ei Chip processes sheathed electric cables (which are usually disposed of) into chips (called “nuggets”) and recycles copper-based metals (e.g. brass and bronze) that are also used in our daily lives. The company undertakes integrated recycling operations from collection and processing to sales. It also owns a large nugget processing machine (one of the few in the Tokai area) capable of producing 200 tons or more of copper per month. To produce high-quality copper resources, Shin-Ei Chip is committed to ensuring accurate sorting and environmental conservation (e.g. endeavoring to conserve energy consumption by taking into account the balance of processing machines in operation).
